  I looked on line first, answered questions about the type and size of storage I would need. I received an email with the quote. Easy peasy! I then went to the Public Storage place and was greeted by Eric. He explained everything quite thorough. It is efficient, easy and clean place to store our belongings! Eric was very knowledgeable and friendly.

  This storage facility is amazing always clean and proper! The staff is absolutely phenomenal and the reason why I chose to comeback and re-start a lease, after I did not need storage for a short while.

  I want to particularly thank Antonios Vatakis for always providing top of the line service. Especially during a very rare circumstance, my car was accident overnight within property gates. Before I was even aware or could lift a finger. He documented pictures, helped find out who was responsible then contacted that individual. After concluding everything on his end, he called me with a solution by 10:30AM the same day, very shortly after opening.

  It was truly an accident by another very honest tenant. Nevertheless, this would have been a big nuisance for me to deal with. Antonios' actions along with his peers, turned a significant problem into a seamless event.

  I have been a customer of public storage in Dorval for almost five years. The storage space and accessibility to the unit is excellent. I had a few questions today so I visited the local and Tony And Amaya made me feel like I was part of the public storage family. They were both knowledgeable,patient and very helpful First class service They both deserve a raise Thanks again guys I recommend and will continue to recommend Public Storage to everyone
