  Please remember that just because you hear the name on the radio so often, doesn't indicate that are good to work with, they pay for that advertisement. Also, the person that is affiliated and is in those ads IS also paid for. I have had conversations with him as well, he is not interested in helping anyone except the people who pay him.

  Don't believe any of the bad reviews! Renovco is a very good company! They renovated my kitchen and 2 bathrooms, the quality of the work and materials is not to compare with any other contractor. They actually finished their work before the work schedule they had promised me. Their workers are very pleasant and very polite, nothing to say about the staff in the office that are very joyful and project manager are on the top!

  Amazing team, amazing work and amazing customer service! My family was victim of a flood this year and as soon as i called them at 3h00 am in the morning I got a call back very quickly and a team arrived within 1 hour! They cleaned up everything, dried and decontaminated the whole basement! The team was very meticulous and did a wonderful job. My family will definitely use Renovco again and recommend this local company!

  We didn't have to testify, the workers that did the work for Renovco plead guilty and were fined $ 10,000 plus court fees. But Renovco will not do anything to fix this, nor have they contacted me to do anything about this. So to that, I hope the more than 5,000 views of my reviews has stopped people from using this company. And I hope this helps more people think twice about using this company for renovations.

  I understand people are saying the initial work looks great, wait five years. And when it's not looking so good or other problems in your house arise due to the reno these people preformed, just try calling these guys back... GOOD LUCK!

  It is amazing how so many people are now putting up 5 star reviews of this company since I wrote this review, and the wording used in them is so similar to Renovco ads and website verbiage. It makes me wonder if they are real?

  - I turn off CJAD and TSN when the Renovco ads come on, Renovco is unreliable and unprofessional. I hope this helps people walk away from Renoco and find a more reliable renovation company or contractor.

  We have had thee (3) different CAA contractors over for estimates. Without saying a thing to them about our renovations, all three contractors said exactly the same thing. " whoever made changes to the bathroom created the damage."

  Had BIG mold problem in bathroom in late November.Called Renovco. Rep from company came 2 days later.Estimate done with contract done same day .Received call from foreman next day ,work started 3 days later (delay due to weekend).Decontamination,demolition,and reconstruction of bathroom took 5 weeks.There were small,minor delays during reconstruction but all work was done efficiently, and foreman was forthcoming with all information pertaining to the bathroom.All Renovco employees treated our house like it was their own . We are very satisfied with the outcome.

  Overall they are pleasant people when you actually talk to them in person or on the phone, but very difficult to get anything done. They promise things by certain dates and don't deliver on time. They don't respond to emails. Have to constantly follow-up by phone but if you leave a message they don't call back. This is my experience with them anyway; and I have been nothing but polite. Just really not worth all the hassle. I am still waiting for work to be finished so I will amend this review when (IF) the work is actually completed.

  they indicate that it is a roof problem but we have had three licence CAA roof inspectors in to verify that it was caused by the internal renovation.
