  I will continue to deal with them because my car is under warranty and I want the dealership responsible for that... but make sure you insist on seeing an estimate and having it properly explained BEFORE work is done.

  Buying a car was not an easy task for me and my wife, yet were lucky enough to come to your dealership and met some extraordinary people that made this process seamless. It was eye opener process and everything started with Michel which took the time on a late Thursday evening to explain in every detail the difference between leasing and financing and what would be the best choice for our family based on our budget and needs.

  Bought my first Subaru WRX yesterday and the service was excellent. Appreciate everything they did to ensure I was able to drive away that same day with the car. Really appreciate salesman Mark for going above and beyond to help me out yesterday. Excellent dealership!

  I recently got a flat hitting a pothole. it was 9pm - I called the Subaru CARE number (towing/emergency service included when you buy the extended warranty) and ended up having to drive home on a bent rim and wait overnight for a tow.

  Friendly, and quality of work seems fine. But I expect MUCH better when paying a premium at the dealership - I could have gotten those parts for less, and didn't even get a chance to check with my insurance before work was completed. (Besides the fact that it is *illegal* for a mechanic to do work on your car without giving you a chance to approve the estimate)

  From there on, the race pretty much started and after test driving all the cars that would fit the needs, we came back to Subaru Des Sources with our minds set and at that point we knew exactly what we want.

  The next morning, I went to pick up my car, and while they were again very friendly and apologetic, there was an additional labour charge on the bill that I hadn't been told about when I asked about all the costs the evening before.

  Around 4:30 pm I get a call saying I had 2 tires and 2 rims replaced and do I want to pay $100 more for an alignment. The problem is, I had NOT approved any estimate and the work was already done! I asked about the price of what was already done and approved the alignment.

  I had an amazing service with the whole Subaru Des sources team. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. I personally want to thank Vanessa Scalzo for the great service she provided the instant I entered the dealership. I definitely will be going back to them in the future to purchase another vehicle. I am very satisfied with the car I purchased. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used Subaru. :)

  Recently leased my second Subaru. This time went from a legacy to an Outback. I love this car! Drives fantastic. I had a great experience for the second time at Subaru. I believe it all depends on the sales associate. I followed David Quintas between dealerships since he is the rare breed of honest, sincere and looking out for the clients best interest. You won't feel rushed - he takes care of all the details from start to finish. See you in 4 years.
