  One of the worst experience in my life. I have been renting SUV frequently with National since a year. But first time at this location, I was denied to pick up SUV by showing the US policy that I am under 25 so I can't pick up SUV. Wait I picked up a car in Canada, not in US!!

  have to $40.00 for a Uber to go 4 Kms and get one from Enterprise (same company). otherwise if they got this taken care of, then they would be a 10 out of 10

  SECOND time rented from airport office dec 2017. It was Mazda 5 and the doors were not locked at all. I have to do it manually every time after I opened and closed the driver seat. It was-25 degree outside and imagine about that.

  Can not complain they were great as a club member when i got to the line of cars i said to the person "no yukons??" Within 5 minutes he had someone bring out one. On return it was so cold outside they offered to drive us to the air port departure gate. National all the time.

  I have to give a BIG recommendation to an employee by the name of Marcus. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to rent a vehicle, he always provides the best possible service. Articulate, kind, professional and courteous, he embodies the definition of going "Above And Beyond". His "Never Fear, Marcus is Here!" attitude is prevalent as he never fails to find a way to render my rental experience an impeccable one. Kudos to National Car Rental for having such a highly dedicated employee!

  great service on most aspects. but if you try to book a car last minute due to change of flights, there may not be any cars at available at the airports and they will not help you.

  I am regular client with emerald membership. And I would like to give 5 stars but unfortunately I faced issues with cars that I rented last 2 times with national travels in Montreal. The first issue was when I rented on march 2017. It was Nissan Sentra and the car radiator boiled and produced lots of smoke at middle of the road. I called the road side and waited for 1.30 hours and went back to airport Montreal where I paid the taxi because I have no time to enjoy the truck ride up to AIRPORT offered by the company. When I reported while picked the second car, the person on the counter was not even ready to listen what was happened but just asked me to go take the another car.
